Optimization at its maximum
Recently, ICM developed lighter versions of its world famous Site-X range. The Site-X 200kV, 225kV and 250kV are now available in incredible compact dimensions:

Beside the traditional range, the following new models are available:
= The directional D2005, D2254 and D2504 units.
= The panoramic C2005, C2254 and C2504 units.
= The panoramic C2004, C2253 and C2503 (for crawler).
Because the interest shown by the clients having already used it is much larger than expected, the current delivery time is February 2007. Thanks to adequate investments, the situation should get back to normal in the beginning of March.
Incredible portability
By providing these "New Site-X" with a diameter and a weight respectively reduced down to 180mm and 20kg (including guard rings), ICM again strenghten its reputation of providing the most portable and robust X-Ray sets on the marketplace.
Never before such a powerful unit had been offered in such a compact body. Its physical characteristics allow any operator to position it without help in very difficult situations like either high heights or cramped rooms.

Of course, in order to fit an 10'' pipe, the control unit had to be reduced as well. The ICM engineers not only lowered its dimensions but also designed it to be mounted directly on the tube for an easier integration on a crawler.
Internal carousel
The directional versions of the “new Site-X” range are equipped with the second version of the well-known ICM integrated carousel. The reduction in gear ratio and its belt have been removed so that the operator has now direct access to the rotating part.
The lead cap, the diaphragms and the customizable positions are still present and an ingenious laser pointer has been added.
V-Shaped guard rings
The guard rings shape has been specially designed to perfectly fit a double-wall inspection of any size of pipe from 8" to 48".
The body can be strongly tightened very close to the pipe without any risk of silentbloc and/or guard ring mechanical breakage.
