Continuing our strong commitment to both serve and improve our customer service, ICM recently founded ICM TS. This is a subsidiary that is based in Kuala Lumpur and is completely dedicated to the technical and after sales services of our products that are delivered in the Asia Pacific Region. The subsidiary comprises highly skilled technicians and management with more than 10 years’ experience of working with ICM units.

Either the NDT (Site-X, Site-XS, CP), or the Security products (CP, Xspector and Flatscan27) that are operating in the Asia Pacific region will now be able to benefit from spare parts and back-up units availability and repairing expertise, in turn speeding up the repair process and considerably reducing any potential breakdown time.

Below are extracts from three interviews we carried out with customers who recently experienced the ICM TS customer service and they provide their feedback on the assistance provided.
