As part of this continued effort to even further improve our performance levels, we are launching a new technical newsletter. This newsletter will be sent to all registered technical staff, agents, service centers and certified technicians of our customers to inform you about product changes, modifications and updates. This technical newsletter will be entitled 'Service Notification'. And in these Service Notification newsletters you will find a short description regarding the changes that are being announced and, 'if applicable', a list of equipment models that will be affected by the change, as well as a link for you to download the relevant updated documentation.

We have taken the liberty of automatically putting everyone who was registered on our website down to receive our 'Service Notification' newsletter. However, if you do not wish to receive this newsletter either now or at any point in the future, you can unsubscribe from the support area.

With this new 'Service Notification' comes a new registered area that will gradually be programmed over the coming months. Therefore, you may notice some changes when you return to this part of the website.

We are currently in the process of moving all of the technical information to www.icmxray.com/support. However, until this move has been completed, all of the information will remain available to you through the current registered area.

This new support area will enable you to access:

		A File browser that will provide you with easy access to all of the procedures, exposure charts, maintenance procedures, schematics, software and user manuals. This means that it will take just a few clicks for you to obtain the information that you need and the documents will be available at any time.
		The Repair tracker will provide you with confirmation of the status of your products that are being repaired in our After Sales Center. This information will be presented in real time and directly from our system. Therefore, this new feature will ensure that the very latest information will be available to you at all times.
		The Exposure time calculator will give you the possibility of calculating the required exposure time of any unit available in our range in just a few seconds and give you all of the information that you need.
